Keeping Your Child Safe

What Covid-19 safety measures can you expect if your child attends a children’s class at Friends Church? What will you need to do to team with us to keep your child safe? The answers to those questions are detailed in the Children’s Ministry Covid-19 Policies & Procedure document below. These policies and procedures are based on what the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Ohio Department of Health, and the Lake County General Health District recommend as best practices in protecting your child, your family, and our community!

Procedures for Sunday Morning Worship

Thank you for honoring these policies and procedures as we uphold safety during this time. These policies and procedures are based on what the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Ohio Department of Health, and the Lake County General Health District recommend as best practices in protecting your child, your family, and our community!

  • Facemasks are to be worn at all times in the Church and Worship Center, even during services and singing, except for those 10 and younger or medically exempt.
  • Social Distancing of 6′ is to be maintained
  • Hand sanitizer is available at several locations
  • You may enter and leave through the “A” Doors and “B” Doors, but we ask you not to congregate around the entrances.
  • A facility team member is on duty during Sunday services to respond to and sanitize areas in need
  • Drinking fountains are closed
  • Restroom capacity at 2 people at a time (sanitized wipes available in the restrooms)
  • Groups meeting are restricted to 10 people or less
