Post Lead Pastor Job Opening

Post opportunity with job description and process for submitting application content

Step 4

Conduct Initial Interviews

Search Committee proceed with initial interview process and identify potential candidates

Step 5

Conduct Secondary Interviews

Search Committee further interview potential candidates and identify preferred candidate

Step 6

Identify Lead Pastor Candidate

Coordinate meetings and interviews with elders and staff and identify candidate

Step 7

Congregation Meets & Approves Lead Pastor Candidate

Candidate will preach on a Sunday morning and be available to meet the congregation and congregation votes on accepting the candidate for Lead Pastor

Step 8

New Lead Pastor Announcement

Officially announce the new Lead Pastor candidate once a call is accepted

Pastor Kyle Reynolds has accepted the call as Lead Pastor

Step 9

Lead Pastor Welcome & Celebration

Coordinate a special event and celebration aligned with the official start date

A church picnic is to be held on August 15th
