Jenna Friedman

Jenna Friedman serves as the Executive Director of Staff & Implementation at Friends Church. She grew up in Cleveland and attended Friends Church in high school. Her family moved back to the area a few years ago and found taking this job brought her full circle back to Friends. She’s passionate about looking ahead to the future, setting a clear course to reach goals, and empowering staff to thrive in their ministries. 

With a strong background in business and years of experience in ministry, Jenna has always felt called to blend strategy with purpose. Her role allows her to do just that by building healthy systems, developing people, and helping the church move forward with clarity and unity.

Guided by values like loving others well, being open-minded, and walking with integrity, Jenna approaches her work with both excellence and grace. She hopes that anyone who interacts with her feels heard and confident that if action is needed, she’ll make it happen all while helping them see the greater vision behind what we do.

Jenna is married to Brian and has a 13-year-old son who keeps life full and fun. Her birthday falls on April Fools’ Day! Jenna also loves hockey, fast cars, traveling, reading, and soaking up the sun by the beach or pool (the snow is a hard no for Jenna!).
