Kyle Reynolds

Kyle Reynolds is the Lead Pastor at Friends Church. He’s passionate about teaching God’s Word with conviction and relevance, because no one has ever left a church because it was too relevant! His heart is to help people see how Scripture speaks into real life and to lead a church that’s deeply rooted in both truth and grace.

Kyle first felt called to ministry the summer after his ninth-grade year. Surrounded by great mentors and leaders who encouraged him to follow God’s call, he’s been walking in that purpose ever since.

One of the principles that guides Kyle’s leadership is simple: Do what you say you’re going to do. In a world full of unmet expectations, he believes the church should be the place that keeps its promises: always following through, leading with integrity, and serving people well. His hope is that anyone who encounters his teaching or ministry walks away with a deeper love for God and a greater curiosity for the mysteries of God. 

Kyle grew up at Friends Church, so stepping into the role of Lead Pastor here feels like coming full circle: a mix of wild and deeply meaningful. He’s been married to his wife Andrea for 19 years and together they have two children, Zoe and Carson. And for the record, if you ever need to know who Jim Davis’s biggest fan is… it’s Kyle!
