Lynn Pierce

Lynn Pierce serves as the Executive Director of Facilities and Operations at Friends Church. She’s passionate about the Embracing Motherhood ministry here at Friends Church. She loves walking alongside other moms in the adventure of motherhood and supporting one another in becoming more Christlike. In her role as Director of Operations, Lynn finds great joy in partnering with her talented church family to maintain spaces that serve as a home for meaningful ministry.

Lynn’s journey into this role came from a posture of openness and willingness to serve wherever the Lord led and listening closely for His direction. Her work and life are grounded in Scripture and guided by the core values of Friends Church.

After interacting with Lynn or her ministry, she hopes people feel appreciated, valued, and part of something bigger—something with lasting kingdom impact. Having been part of the Friends Church family since 1984, Lynn’s roots here run deep.

Lynn has been married to her husband Scott for 39 years and has 2 kids and 2 grandchildren! When she’s not serving at the church, you can find her cruising to new destinations, scrapbooking, or crafting handmade cards!
