Winter at Friends

Welcome to Winter at Friends

Winter is a time to slow down and find rhythms that bring warmth and light into our lives. This winter, we begin with Christmas as we celebrate Jesus, make room for what matters, and remember the joy of being together. As winter unfolds, we’ll keep creating space to grow, connect, worship, and take meaningful steps of faith together. There will be moments to celebrate, moments to reflect, and plenty of opportunities to simply be together as a church family.

Wherever you find yourself this season, we hope you’ll find a place to belong here. Come as you are, make some memories, and experience this season with us. We’re grateful to share it with you and excited for all that’s ahead.

Welcome Home

This Christmas, we’re making room for what matters most. Together, we’ll clear the clutter, find peace in the chaos, and make room for Christ again. Join us at Friends Church for a season of joy, worship, and family moments you won’t want to miss. There will be more information to come as we prepare, but we hope that you and your family will mark your calendars to join us for these special celebrations this Christmas season!

November Sermon Series

This November, To the Future: Heart for the House will challenge us to move beyond attending church and take ownership of its mission. We’ll discover why Friends Church values Faith, Family, Freedom, and Future—and what it means to serve God’s house with our time, talent, and treasure.

God is still building His house. The invitation is still going out. There is still room at the table.

The question is: Do you have a heart for this house?

December Sermon Series

The holidays are supposed to feel magical.
But for many people, they feel exhausting.

Between crowded schedules, family tension, financial pressure, loneliness, and the weight of expectations, Christmas can quickly become more chaotic than meaningful.

But what if this season was meant to be more than surviving stress and chasing nostalgia?

What if Advent is actually an invitation to prepare your heart, your relationships, and your home for the presence of Jesus?

Join us this Christmas for Home for the Holidays, a powerful and hope-filled journey through the Advent season as we discover how to clear the clutter, find peace in the chaos, restore joy, and make room for Christ again.

Whether you love Christmas or struggle through it, this series will help you slow down, reconnect with what matters most, and experience the kind of hope only Jesus can bring.

Because maybe the thing we need most this Christmas…is to finally come home.

YOUR HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS

Join us on Sundays this Advent season. Each week will invite you and your family to pause, reflect, and rediscover the awe and joy of Christ’s coming—because hope begins when we make space for God again.
